The Team

The firm consists of Benjamin F. Farah, John J. Miller, and Kelly L. Roberts.

Ben Farah has been practicing since 1981, initially with a small firm in downtown Cleveland, then opening his office in Rocky River in 1985. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the George Washington University, and received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. He practices primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Business law and Real Estate law. His practice finds him writing wills for individuals on one day, assisting entrepreneurs in forming a high technology company with dreams of going public on the next day, and helping a business purchase an industrial real estate for its plant on the following. He resides in Rocky River with his wife, Ann, and has two children.

Jack Miller (1935-2009) was of counsel to the firm. Jack served as a general counsel to Sherwin Williams, and then founded the Westlake law firm of Childs Miller & Associates, Co. LPA with Alan Childs in 1987 before joining the firm. Jack practiced in the areas of business and estate planning, and engaged in litigation.

Kelly L. Roberts is an associate with the firm, and has been practicing since 2006. A graduate of the University of Akron law school, Kelly practices in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate law. She also serves on the Institutional Review Board for University Hospitals of Cleveland. Kelly resides in Olmsted Falls, Ohio.
