By others:
Life is not a zero sum game. In any matter where there is an opposing side, to endeavor to understand what is important to the other side, what others need to make a transaction work, and to find a solution that meets our client's needs and still accommodate the other's needs. In matters where there is not an opposing side, but where others may be impacted by a client's action, to help a client understand the impact of their actions.
By our staff:
To treat our staff fairly; to help them develop their skills, to compensate and reward them fairly; to help them understand and maintain the mission of the firm; and to be cognizant of their life outside the firm.
By ourselves:
To uphold our principals. To not place ourselves or staff in compromised positions. To be fairly compensated for our work.
